Concept
This real estate campaign film invites viewers to envision their dream home at Zimbali Lakes Resort — by showcasing a geo-accurate, AI-enhanced visualization of a luxury residence on a specific plot of land (ERF 624/8). Created for Zimbali Estate Agency (ZEA), the film inspires buyers to act not just on blueprints, but on potential.
Creative Challenge
The client had only limited static renders from architecture firm COA, and needed a visual story that brought the design to life within its true environmental context. My challenge was to seamlessly composite the future home into actual footage of its undeveloped plot, while imagining lush landscaping and aspirational lifestyle moments (without compromising realism or architectural intent).
AI-Powered Production
To achieve this:

I conducted an original drone shoot of the exact plot, capturing light, terrain, and surrounding views.

Using Runway Gen-4 with image references, I generated architectural and lifestyle visualizations that matched the COA design language.

FLUX.1 Kontext was critical in maintaining spatial and structural integrity when compositing and placing the home into complex environmental shots.

Midjourney helped visualise aspirational moments and mood elements (charcoal and pencil sketches, textures, interiors, and exterior landscaping).
Results

Used by ZEA in direct buyer engagement and sales campaigns, helping prospective homeowners visualise the value and potential of undeveloped plots.
